When you receive a call, the answering system automatically plays either a preset

M Recording a personal outgoing message (Greeting)
1. Press and hold g g r r e e e e t t i i n n g g until you hear a tone. Star t recording your message
immediately af ter you hear the tone end.
2. When you f inish recording your message, press g g r r e e e e t t i i n n g g or p p l l a a y y
A tone sounds and your message plays back on the phone.
M Choosing between the two outgoing messages
1. Press g g r r e e e e t t i i n n g g to play the outgoing message.
2. Press g g r r e e e e t t i i n n g g again while the message is played. This switches between the
two options.
