CAUSE
Improper blower speed.

Not enough air flow.
Low oil level.
Vacuum gauge exceeding 15 HG.
Discharge muffler plugged.
Noisy blower or knocking.
Low oil level.
Pressure gauge exceeding 9 psi.
Intake filter plugged.
Low oil level.
Oil filter plugged.
Breather plugged.
Poor oil quality.
Low oil pressure switch.
High coolant temperature.

Belts slipping.

SOLUTION
Check belt tension. Engine RPM.
Plugged discharge pipe. Check or
replace.
Replace
Control product flow, adjust air
intake by the suction nozzle
Open vent on railcar
Add oil as required, check for oil
leaks-repair.
Relief valve seized-free up
Clean or replace.
Consult factory or Dealer
Add oil as required, check for oil
leaks-repair.
Adjust product regulator.
Discharge line plugged.
Clean or replace.
Check and add oil, check for
leaks.
Replace a maximum of once per
year.
Clean or replace.
Change, consult with factory or
dealer.
Check oil level(see engine
manual).
Check water level only on level
gauge, DO NOT OPEN CAP
WHEN HOT!
Check level, and check for leaks.
DO NOT OPEN CAP WHEN HOT!
Tighten belts as required, or
replace.
