One blower is used for vacuum and one for pressure, this reduces the conveying temperature and eliminates the possibility of contamination. The vacuum blower is connected to the vacuum delivery lines and draws the commodity into a receiver tank.

    TROUBLE SHOOTING The Walinga Chem-Veyor is a high capacity air pump that creates a vacuum for picking up material, and supplies pressurized air for moving material. It is a simple and reliable system that requires minimal maintenance. In the following section, we have listed many of the problems, causes and solutions to the problems that you may encounter.
