14. Before beginning to move, ALWAYS be aware of your surroundings. Always take precautions to ensure that the area you are mowing is clear of debris, obstructions, obstacles or any power wires. 15. If this is the FIRST TIME you are riding the unit we suggest you drive the unit around the area for a few minutes to allow you to become accustomed to the movement and speed of the unit.
• Pores in cloth grass catchers can become filled with dirt and dust with use reducing efficiency. To prevent this, regularly hose the catcher off with water and let it dry before using. IMPORTANT: FOR BEST PERFORMANCE, KEEP MOWER HOUSING FREE OF BUILT-UP GRASS AND TRASH.
Also, the mulched grass will biodegrade quickly to provide nutrients for the lawn. • Avoid cutting your lawn when it is wet. Wet grass tends to form clumps and interferes with the mulching action. The best time to mow your lawn is the early afternoon. At this time the grass has dried and the newly cut area will not be exposed to the direct sun.
Cleaning 1. Clean the underside of your riding-mower by scraping away any build-up of grass and debris. 2. Clean the motor often to keep debris from accumulating. A clogged motor runs hotter and shortens the motor life. 3. Keep finished surfaces and wheels free of grass and trash, etc. 4.
TO SHARPEN A BLADE NOTE: We do not recommend sharpening of blades by users for safety reasons, please contact your local Weibang dealer for replacement blades. TO INSTALL BLADES Reinstall mower blades to motor spindles in Figure 16 with flat side down.
• The optimal temperatures for storing MUST be between -10 to 50°C - 14 to 122°F. Battery replacement When the battery pack is at the end of its life, please contact your local Weibang dealer to replace the battery pack.
