3. Remove the heater assembly and post from the and place it weighted base upside down resting on the shade bracket. 4. Slide the lower-post cover over the post. Make sure the fluting in both post cover pieces are aligned (for esthetics) and then connect the two pieces together with the small trim ring.

5. Line up the logo on the Kindle top- post cover with the control knob on the heater. 6. With a flat-head screwdriver, tighten hose clamp around the Kindle lower- post cover securely, to prevent the Kindle post-cover from slipping off the post.

7. Turn the heater upright and place it into the post socket located at the top of weighted base. 12. Place the shade on top of the shade bracket. You are now ready to have a licensed contractor install the gas line.
