The guarantee includes failures which find their assignable cause in material and production failures. The guarantee limits to delivery of new spare parts under guarantee. This only on judgement of Slootsmid. The demand for guarantee declines six (6) months after delivery date. Also inexpert, wrong or insufficient maintenance or wrong repairs and changes decline the demand for guarantee. -
