DRAIN TIME CONFIGURATION This page will allow the configuration of the drain timer, this timer allows you to set the time on the drain, this will be the time the drain process needs to continue after the water level has passed the sensor level to ensure its completely drained. Example: when auto drain is pressed or the tank empties but does not fully empty this setting will increase the drain time, the unit does not rely on a timer to move between levels but only when the level is below the sensor level where it cannot take a reading,.
Make sure the SD card has been removed from the machine before proceeding! 1. Place the probe into the bath (without the probe bottle) along with a external calibrated thermometer and type in ‘sterifeed’ in lower 2. From the home screen press on the password button case and press enter.

WATER REFRIGERATION SYSTEM From the Flow Diagram in the appendix the circuits can be clearly seen. The water circuit can be repaired and adjusted by a skilled fitter or electrician. The refrigeration system requires a specialist. However, there are certain checks which can be made to determine refrigeration fault.
HAZARDS Electric Shock Medium voltage is present within the cooler. All voltage paths are insulated but the following must be observed: • Do not remove panels without first isolating the cabinet electrically. • Only a qualified electrician should carry out electrical work on the system.
BOTTLE PROBE CHANGE If the bottle probe needs to be changed, the procedure is as follows: 1. Switch off pasteuriser. 2. Remove probe cable from the side panel clips. 3. Remove right hand side panel. 4. Unplug probe from internal socket. 5.
