    OACIS-2XC / I. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Do not install, operate or maintain the OACIS until you have read through this installation manual and related servo drive manuals. In this manual, the safety levels are classified into “WARNING” and “CAUTION” as below.
