1. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1. Application The Torch Runner (HS) is a cutting carriage designed to cut steel by using oxy-fuel torches with the diameter of 35 mm (1.38″) or plasma torches with the diameter of 28– 35 mm (1.10–1.38″).
