  • Page 2 STEP 1 Charge Activity Tracker before pairing it to the app. Remove wristband (with holes) from the Activity Tracker. Note: Removing the band will get easier over time.
  • Page 3 STEP 2 Use your phone charger to charge the Activity Tracker (charger not included). To use your phone charger, remove cable from the wall charging unit and insert the activity tracker. Charge for about 5 hours. Note 1: The white part inside the wall charger needs to be at the bottom.
  • Page 4 STEP 3 Download and install the MyHealthConnected app at www.zewa.com/app IMPORTANT: During the install (or when first opening the app), the app will ask several in- stallation questions, accept (say “yes”) to all of them.
  • Page 5 STEP 4 Create a new user account in the app. • After opening the app for the first time, create a new user account (Join MyHealth- Connected). • Fill out all the required information. • Once completed the app will display the “Dashboard”.
  • Page 6 STEP 5 Pair Activity Tracker to the MyHealthConnected App. • In the app “Dashboard”, tap on the 3 lines in the top left corner. • Select “Measurement Devices” or “Manage Devices”. • Tap on “Connect” next to “Activity Tracker (Ver 2)”. Note: On Apple devices the pairing process will start auto- matically, on Android devices tap the red “Start”...
  • Page 7 “Dashboard”. • The Activity Tracker is now ready for use. Note: A minimum of 200 steps may be re- quired for a data transfer. For additional help or to watch a video, visit www.zewa.com (select “Products” - “Activity Tracker”).
