To change the time and date on the Zewa 21200 Activity Tracker, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the tracker is charged.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Open the Zewa-Fit Pro App on your phone.
4. Tap "Status" in the bottom left corner of the app.
5. Slide down the display to force synchronization.

The tracker will sync time and date automatically from your phone. If the time is still incorrect, unpair and then re-pair the tracker with your phone.
