Gardener's Essex Arbor Assembly Instructions

These instructions are for assembling the Essex Arbor and the Essex
Gate (sold separately). The only tools needed for assembly are an adjust-
able wrench. You can assemble on the ground with the help of another
person.

Step 1. Join the two Arches with the 5 Braces
provided, by firmly inserting the ends of the Braces
into the collars on each Arch (Figure 2).

Step 2. Place the assembled Arch so that
one Arch face is lying on the ground. Lay
the Side Panels on the ground under the
Arch making sure both gate collars face into
the center of the Arch (Figure 3). Attach
the Side Panels by aligning the Arch base
holes with the Side Panel holes. Using the 8
screws (4 per side) attach the Side Panels to
the Arch. Firmly hand tighten the screws.
With the help of another person, walk the
assembled arch up to standing position.
