- Page 2 FT450 Ground Bolt Installation The FloTech model FT450 Ground Verification Bolt is compatible with the Scully 08560 Ground Bolt. This kit consists of a ½" diameter ground verification bolt containing a semiconductor circuit, a ½" lock washer, a ½" nut, and crimp connectors. The purpose of this device is to provide verification of vehicle ground when loading at a rack which is equipped WITH THE Scully ST47 Ground Verification Monitor.
