current transformer with the secondary
leads open. A SEVERE SHOCK TO
THE INSTALLER OR DAMAGE TO
THE
CURRENT
MAY RESULT.

necessary
to
transformer without the watt transducer, bolt
the two secondary leads together and mark
with a CAUTION tag.

SIGNAL SOURCE

A
Options A & B, 0 to 1 mADC constant current output, may be used to drive a 1
milliampere analog meter directly..
Or, may be scaled for a digital meter using a load resistor.

POWER FACTOR

All PC5 watt transducers are corrected for
power factors from 0 lead to unity to 0 lag (0°
to 90° ) and are within the specified accuracy
listed.

FREQUENCY RANGE

The PC5 Watt Transducers are designed to
operate from 50 to 70 Hz. However, good
results can be obtained from 40 to 400 Hz.
See specification sheet for PC4 Models when
400 Hz is required.
