MILLIPORE Exact-Air II II.1.6. DESCRIPTION OF TEST SEQUENCES The filling operation and HydroCorr™ test is performed in an automatic sequence after starting the integrity tester. Using the touch screen starts the draining operation. The valve opening/shutting sequence is described in the table below.
MILLIPORE Exact-Air II II.2. Control panel description The electrical schematics are documented in the Electrical Documentation part. The electrical box is wired for 1 phase 100/230 V, 50/60 Hz and the international protection rating is IP54 (except for the power supply plug).

MILLIPORE Exact-Air II II.3. Start-up instructions II.3.1. PRECAUTION • Vibrations due to transport may cause screws loosening in the electrical box. A general checking is necessary after unpacking and or transporting the system. • When the system arrives from transportation or comes out from the warehouse, it should rest for at least 3 hours in the room where it will be used in order to prevent condensation.

INITIAL START-UP AND LEAK TEST A leak test is necessary prior to the first use to check for leak tightness of Exact-Air™, the connections to the tester device and the filter housing. This test is recommended to avoid false negative results caused by potential micro-leaks on the system during routine testing operations.

MILLIPORE Exact-Air II III.1.6.CLEANING IN PLACE (CIP) As part of the maintenance program a CIP procedure is available on the Exact-Air™ system to clean and sanitise the internal piping of the system. It is recommended to clean and sanitise the system on a regular basis, especially when the system stays without operating for an extended time.
MILLIPORE Exact-Air II III.1.7.SECURITY FUNCTIONS EMERGENCY STOP The first security function available is the emergency stop. The “emergency stop” button can be activated at any moment to abort the cycle in progress. After the emergency stop function has been used, the alarm remains On (message in the alarm screen), indicating that the system is locked.
