Tips
• Smaller cuts of food usually require shorter
cooking times than larger cuts.
• Flipping or turning foods halfway through
the cooking process ensures that all the pieces
are evenly fried.
• Misting vegetable oil on fresh potatoes is
suggested for a crispier result. Minimal oil
should be used, and the oil should be misted
immediately before cooking.
• Snacks normally cooked in an oven can also
be cooked in the PowerXL Turbo Air Fryer.
5. Press the Power Button to begin the cooking
cycle once the desired cooking time and
temperature have been selected. Add 3 mins.
to the cooking time when starting with a
cold appliance.
NOTE: Consult the charts in this manual or the
recipe books to determine the correct settings
for the specific item and weight being cooked.
6. Allow the appliance to run through a cool-down
cycle when the cooking cycle is complete.
During the cool-down cycle, the fan will run at
a high rate of speed and cycle off. The lid may
then be removed.
• Use premade dough to prepare filled snacks
quickly and easily. Premade dough also requires
a shorter cooking time than homemade dough.
• Place fragile or filled foods in a baking tin
or oven dish in the PowerXL Turbo Air Fryer.
A baking tin or oven dish is also suggested
when baking a cake or quiche.
• You can use the PowerXL Turbo Air Fryer to
reheat foods. Simply set the temperature and
time to however warm you want your food.
