Inserting Batteries Into
the Motor Drive
1. If the Motor Drive is attached to the Glass Bowl,
turn it clockwise to unlock the Motor Drive from
the Glass Bowl. Remove the Motor Drive from
the Glass Bowl (see Fig. iii).
2. Slide the Battery Cover off of the back of the
Motor Drive (see Fig. iv). Insert four (4) new
AAA batteries, ensuring that the positive and
negative sides of the batteries align with the
markings inside the Motor Drive.
NOTE:
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be
recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be
charged under adult supervision.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed
from the device before being charged.
• Different types of batteries or new and used
batteries are not to be mixed.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct
polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from
the motor drive. Never drop or insert any
object into any opening.
