General Safety For your own personal protection and for the safety of those around you, please read and ensure you fully understand the following safety information. It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that he/she fully understands how to operate this equipment safely. If you are unsure about the safe and correct use of the Pro 600X, consult your supervisor or Belle Group. -

Pre-start Checks Pre start-up inspection. The following Pre-start-up inspection must be performed before the start of each work session or after every four hours of use, whichever is rst. Please refer to the service section for detailed guidance. If any fault is discovered, the Pro 600X must not be used until the fault is recti ed. -

Blade Adjustment The blade pitch control knob is at easy reach of the operator. The pitch adjustment has an unlimited pitch variation and this can be undertaken whenever necessary. During nishing setting up/hardening may vary from area to area across the oor, so the pitch adjustment can be changed to suit accordingly while the machine is in operation. -

Servicing Maintenance Table Daily Weekly Clean the machine using pressurized water. Check the blade pitch adjustment. Check the blade pitch bolts, and check other bolts on the machine. Tighten if necessary Check engine oil level. Clean air lter. Check the V-Belt tightness. Check the blades.
