Der medesign Pessar repositioniert die Organe in die anatomisch richtige Lage und wirkt dem Vorfall bzw. der Senkung von Scheide, Gebärmutter, Blase oder Darm entgegen. Die Pessartherapie ist eine Alternative zur Operation gegen Deszensus uteri und Inkontinenz.

    Größen ist eine individuelle Anpassung möglich. Um eine bessere Wirksamkeit zu erzielen, wird die Behandlung oft mit steigenden Pessargrößen durchgeführt. medesign Pessare werden aus einem speziell für den medizinischen Gebrauch entwickelten, flexiblen und gewebefreundlichen Silikon hergestellt. Sollten Sie dennoch eine Empfindlichkeit bemerkten, verwenden Sie das Pessar nicht mehr und besprechen die Situation mit Ihrem Arzt.
  • Page 5 Deutsch Bevor Sie mit dem Einsetzen des Pessars beginnen, sollten Sie sich die Hände waschen. Um das Einführen zu erleichtern hat sich die Verwendung eines Gleitmittels wie z.B. Ladysoft bewährt. Östrogenhaltige Creme bzw. Gel tragen Sie nach Bedarf auf das Sieb-Schalen-Pessar auf. Nun führen Sie das gefaltete bzw.

    English When is therapy with a Sieve Bowl Pessary useful ? Sieve Bowl Pessaries are used for treating certain types of incontinence (inability to control urination or defecation) as well as problems caused by descensus of the vagina, the uterus, the bladder or the intestine.
  • Page 12 How do I insert the Sieve Bowl Pessary ? Pessaries can easily be inserted on your own. Check the Sieve Bowl Pessary for intactness, cleanliness, discolouration, damage and wear marks. The pessary has to be replaced by a new one should damage or changes on the surface be visible.

    La sélection de la bonne taille est la condition préalable d‘un traitement optimal et d‘une absence de troubles. Les pessaires coupes tamis medesign vont vendus en différentes tailles (de 50 à 100 mm). Le pessaire doit être choisi dans la taille la plus petite qui tienne encore bien.

    La scelta delle dimensioni corrette rappresenta il prerequisito essenziale per un trattamento ottimale e per l‘assenza di dolore. I pessari a coppa medesign sono disponibili in diverse dimensioni (da 50 a 100 mm). Occorre scegliere il pessario più piccolo, che garantisca tuttavia una tenuta sicura.

    ¿Cuáles son los efectos pesario de diafragma perforado ? El pesario medesign recoloca los órganos en la posición anatómica correcta y evita la aparición de síntomas o bien, el descenso de la vagina, el útero, la vejiga o el intestino. La terapia de pesario es una alternativa a la operación para evitar el descenso del útero y la incontinencia.
