2. Operation overview and technical specifications

The current transmitting couplings are designed for mounting in scale
H0 model railway vehicles with socket according to NEM 362.
2-pole couplings SK-2
The couplings are modified Fleischmann*-Profi-clip-in couplings
(Fleischmann item no. 6515). The current transmission from one
modelrailway-vehicle to the other is made via the integrated wire
bridge.
The couplings have all characteristics of the Fleischmann*-
Proficouplings, decoupling and pre-decoupling normally. The current
transmitting wire bridges stabilize the height level of the couplings. This
prevents the unintended decoupling at changes of inclination.

The current is conducted via four contacts integrated into each
coupling.

persistent: 0.5 A
up to 60 seconds: 1.0 A
