It's a good idea to keep this manual in a safe place as it provides you with assembly instructions, parts list
as well as safety information.
Safety Warnings and Precautions
Warnings: When using product,basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk
of personal injury and damage to equipment.
***Read all instructions before using this product!
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Observe work area conditions. Don't expose to rain. Keep work area well illuminated.
3. Keep children away. Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do not let them play with or ride
on the cart.
4. Store idle equipment. When not in use, the cart should be stored in a dry location to prevent rust.
5. Use the right product for the job. Do not attempt to force a small cart to do the work of a larger
industrial cart. Do not modify this cart and do not use this cart for a purpose for which is not intended.
6. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can become caught in moving parts. non
conductive clothes, and non skid footwear are recommended when working. Wear restrictive hair covering to
contain long hair.
7. Use eye protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles during assembly.
8. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
9. Maintain products with care. Keep the cart clean for better and safer performance. The handle must be
kept clean, dry and free from oil and grease at all times.
10. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing, use common sense. Do not operate the cart when you are tired.
11. Check for damaged parts. Before using the cart, any part that appears damaged should be carefully,
checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for alignment and
binding of moving parts or any broken parts or mounting fixtures; and any other condition that may affect
proper operation. Any part that is damaged should be repaired or replaced by a qualified technician.
12. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any
other parts will void the warranty.
13. Do not operate the cart if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warnings labels if taking
prescription medicine to determine if your judgment or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If any doubt,
do not operate the cart.
14. Maintenance. For your safety, service and maintenance should be performed regularly by a qualified
technician.
15. Operate and store the cart on a flat, dry and level surface.
Warning! Do not exceed the Mig Welding Cart maximum capacity of 100lbs.
Warning! Weight on all the shelves must be evenly distributed and balanced for safety.
Note: Read and adhere to all of the safety warnings and instructions provided in the instruction manual of the
welding equipment being used.

all possible conditions and situations that may occur
Note: Hand tighten all bolts first, once the unit is together, you can then use the appropriate spanners,
making sure that the unit is square and shelves level etc.
1. Put a Wheel (#2) on the end of Axle (#9) and secure it with a Flat Washer and Cotter key (#11). Then
put a Plastic Cap (#12) over the end of the axle. Repeat on the other side.
2. Using Bolts, Washers & Nuts, attach a Caster (#3) to the Bottom Shelf (#1), Repeat on the other side.
3. Attach the Vertical Support Panel (#4) to the Bottom Shelf (#1) using Bolts, Washers & Nuts.
4. Connect the bottom (the side wish four holes is the top) of a Side Support Rail (#7) to the Bottom Shelf
(#1) using Bolts, Washers & Nuts.(#10). Repeat on the other side.
5. Attach the Centre Shelf (#5) to the Side Support Rails (#7) and Vertical Support Panel (#4) using Bolts,
Washers & Nuts (#10).
6. Attach the Top Shelf (#6) to Side Support Rail (#7) using Bolts, Washers & Nuts.
7. Attach the Arc Support Plates (#14) to Vertical Support Panel (#4) and the top one should be with the
Top Shelf (#6) together at the same time using Bolts, Washers & Nuts.
8. Insert the Chains (#13) to the holes of Arc Support Plates (#14).
9. Place a "U" Shape Torch Assembly Bracket (#8) over the holes on the outside of the top of a Side
Support Rail (#7), using Bolts, Washers & Nuts.
10. Also you could connect them together with Top Shelf (#6) if you prefer at the same time. Repeat on the
other side.
11. Connect the Handle (#15) to the Top Shelf (#6) using Bolts, Washers & Nuts.
12. Tighten all of the hardware.
