This section describes tips for troubleshooting some common problems.

Quick tips for mobile broadband troubleshooting

If you cannot connect to the Internet over the mobile broadband connection, check the
following:
• Make sure that the nano SIM card is inserted correctly into the router.
• Check with your LTE provider to ensure that good coverage exists in the area.
• Make sure that your LTE provider account is active.

Check the signal strength of the mobile broadband
connection
You can check the signal strength of the mobile broadband connection. If the signal is
weak, move the router to another location, for example, closer to a window or higher
up in your home.
To check the signal strength of the mobile broadband connection:
1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your
Orbi network.
2. Enter orbilogin.com.
A login window opens.
3. Enter the admin user name and password.
The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time
that you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.
4. Click the ADVANCED tab.
5. In the Internet Port pane, click the Connection Status button.
The Mobile Information pop-up window opens.
6. Locate the Signal Strength field.
An icon displays the strength of the signal. One bar is a weak signal. Five bars is a
very strong signal.
