Fault
1. After power
on for 5 min,
the glue gun
stays cool.
2. The glue
gun is not
dispensing glue
normally during
use.

1.1 Damaged power
switch / socket.
1.2 The heater is
broken.
2.1 Check to see if the
glue gun is cool.
2.2 The nozzle is
blocked.
Remedy
1.1 Change to
another switch /
socket.
1.2 Contact customer
service.
