INTENDED USE / APPLICATION
Specialist product - for professional use.
MOUNTING
Read the manual before mounting. Technical changes reserved. Mounting diagram: see pictures. Mounting should
be performed by an appropriately qualified person. Any activities to be done with disconnected power supply.
Exercise particular caution and apply health and safety regulations. Check for proper mechanical fastening and
connection to electrical power prior to first use. Terminals need to be placed in a way that will disable their contact
with the product parts that become heated. The product can be connected to a supply network which meets energy
quality standards as prescribed by law. Use appropriate diameters of the power leads. The end parts of the leads
must be isolated at the right length. Product has a protective contact/terminal. Failure to connect the protective lead
may lead to electric shock. The type of the lamp used in the luminaire must be checked before assembling and
replacing the lamp. Use only lamps with parameters compatible with the ballast and ignition module used in the
luminaire. After fixing lamp in the luminaire make sure that it is properly fastened, has no cracks or dirt. Do not use
the product in conditions and with parameters different from those specified in the instruction. The person
assembling the equipment is responsible for its safe installation.

USAGE GUIDELINES / MAINTENANCE
BL executes a so-called "cold start" of the fluorescent lamp/lamps. Using additional equipment such as motion
sensors, staircase timers, etc. leads to reduced lifetime of fluorescent lamps and increases the wear of fixture
components. Product has thermal protection. Any maintenance work must be done when the product is disconnect-
ed from power supply. Clean only with soft and dry cloths. Do not use chemical detergents. Do not cover the
product. Product may heat up to a higher temperature. The inspection of all connections and elements of the
lighting system is recommended. Product can only be supplied by rated voltage or voltage within the range
provided. Product must not be used in unfavourable conditions, e.g. dust, water, moisture, vibrations, explosive air
atmosphere, fumes, or chemical fumes, etc. Light sources with parameters provided in the manual must be used in
the product. Particular attention must be paid that every time power supply is switched on, the fluorescent
lamp/lamps light up with "full light" and on the whole length of the glass tube. The impression of "incomplete
burning", fluorescent lamp flickering, or of only its extreme ends glowing, etc., may result in quicker wear of the
fixture. Immediately replace damaged lamp with a new one or stop using it. Non-demountable product. Not
suitable for independent repairs.
EXPLANATIONS OF SYMBOLS USED

P4: "Class I" A product in which protection against electric shock is provided not only by means of basic insulation
but also through additional safety measures, i.e. extra protective circuit to which protective conductor of the fixed
feeding installation needs to be connected.

P7: Product has a thermal protection which cuts off the device after exceeding the internal temperature T:110°C.
P8: Product meets the requirements of EU directives.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Keep your environment clean. Segregation of post-packaging waste is recommended. This labelling indicates the
requirement to selectively collect waste electronic and electrical equipment. Products labelled in this way must not
be disposed of in the same way as other waste under the threat of a fine. These products may be harmful to the
natural environment and health, and require a special form of recycling/neutralising. Products labelled in this way
should be returned to a collection facility for waste electrical and electronic goods. Used items can also be returned
to the seller when new product is purchased, in quantity no larger than the purchased item of the same type. The
above rules regard the EU area. In the case of other countries, regulations in force in a given country must be

MONTAGE

Die Montage sollte von einer Person durchgeführt werden, welche die erforderliche Befugnis hat. Alle Tätigkeiten
sind bei abgeschalteter Energieversorgung durchzuführen. Besondere Vorsicht ist zu wahren und die Prinzipien des
Arbeitsschutzes sind anzuwenden. Vor der Inbetriebnahme muss die ordnungsgemäße mechanische Befestigung
und der elektrische Anschluss geprüft werden. Die Anschlussleitungen müssen so geführt werden, dass ein Kontakt
mit den sich aufheizenden Teilen des Produktes verhindert wird. Das Produkt kann an ein Elektrizitätsnetz
angeschlossen werden, das die gesetzlich festgelegten Energiestandards erfüllt. Verwenden Sie eine angemessenes
Durchmesser der Versorgungsleitungen. Die Enden der Leitungen müssen auf einer entprechenden Länge
abisoliert werden. Das Produkt besitzt einen Schutzstecker/eine Schutzklemme. Das Nichtanschließen der
Schutzleitung kann zu elektrischem Schlag führen. Vor der Installation und dem Austausch der Lampe muss der in
der Leuchte verwendete Lampentyp geprüft werden. Es sind Lampen mit Parametern zu verwenden, die der in der
Leuchte verwendeten stabilisierenden Zündung entsprechen. Stellen Sie nach der Montage der Lampe in der
Leuchte sicher, dass die Lampe richtig befestigt ist und keine sichtbaren Risse oder Verunreinigungen enthält.
Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht unter Bedingungen und Parametern, die von den in der Instruktion angegebenen
abweichen. Die Person, welche das Gerät installiert, ist für die sichere Installation des Geräts verantwortlich.
FUNKTIONELLE EIGENSCHAFTEN

BETRIEBSHINWEISE / WARTUNG
BL führt einen sog. „Kaltstart" der Leuchtstofflampe(n) aus. Die Verwendung zusätzlicher Ausrüstung, z.B.:
Bewegungsmelder, Treppenlichtzeitschalter usw. verringert die Lebensdauer der Leuchtstofflampen und verursacht
einen schnelleren Verschleiß der Leuchtelemente. Das Produkt besitzt eine thermische Sicherung. Die Wartung bei
abgeschalteter Energieversorgung durchführen. Nur mit weichen und trockenen Stoffen säubern. Keine
chemischen Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Das Produkt nicht bedecken. Das Produkt kann sich aufheizen. Eine
Kontrolle aller Verbindungen und Elemente des Beleuchtungssystems wird empfohlen. Das Produkt ausschließlich
mit der Nennspannung oder einem gegebenen Spannungsbereich versorgen. Das Produkt darf an keinem Ort
benutzt werden, an dem ungünstige Umgebungsbedingungen herrschen, z.B. Staub, Feinstaub, Wasser,
Feuchtigkeit, Vibrationen, explosive Atmosphäre, Dunste oder chemische Ausdünstungen u.ä. Im Produkt müssen
Leuchtquellen verwendet werden, die den in der Anleitung gegebenen Parameters entsprechen. Besonders ist
darauf zu achten, dass jedes Mal nach dem Einschalten der Versorgung die Leuchtstofflampe(n) mit vollem Licht
und entlang der gesamten Länge der Glasröhre leuchten. Das Auftreten des Effekts "unvollständiges Leuchten", ein
Blinken der Leuchtstofflampe, ein Glühen ihrer Enden usw. kann die Ursache für einen vorzeitigen Verschleiß der
Leuchte sein. Eine beschädigte Lampe muss unverzüglich gegen eine neue ausgetauscht oder der Betrieb
unterbrochen werden. Das Produkt ist nicht zerlegbar. Es eignet sich nicht für eine selbstständige Reparatur.

INSTALLATION
Avant de commecner l'installation lisez le mode d'emploi. Modifications techniques réservées. Schéma de
l'installation: voir les images. Installation doit être éffectuée par une personne possédant les certificats d'aptitude
convenables. Toutes les opérations doivent être éffectuées avec la tension débranchée. Il faut rester très prudent et
observer les règles de l'hygiène et sécurité du travail. Avant la première mise en marche il faut s'assurer si le fixage
mecanique est correct aisni que la connection électrique. Cordons de connection doivent être conduits et disposés
d'une manière à rendre impossible leur contact avec les parties du produit qui se réchauffent. Produit peut être
branché au réseau d'alimentation qui est conforme aux standards de qualité d'energie définis par la loi. Utiliser les
diamètres des câbles d'alimentation bien assortis. Isoler les bornes des câbles sur une longueur appropriée. Produit
possède contact /borne de protection. Manque de raccordement du câble de protection entraîne le risque de
commotion électrique. Avant de fixer ou d'échanger la lampe il est à vérifier le type de lampe utilisé dans le luminaire.
Il est nécessaire d'utiliser les lampes dont les caractéristiques sont conformes au système de stabilisation et
d'allumage appliqué dans le luminaire. Après avoir mis en place la lampe dans le luminaire il est à s'assurer que la
lampe est bien fixée et elle ne possède pas de fissures visibles ou bien de saletés. Ne pas utiliser cet article dans les
conditions et avec les paramètres différents de ceux de la notice. L'installateur du dispositif est responsable de la
sécurité lors de l'installation du dispositif.
CARACTERISTIQUES FONCTIONELLES

RECOMMENDATIONS D'EXPLOITATION / MAINTENANCE
BL réalise le « démarrage à froid » de la lampe ou des lampes fluorescente(s). L'utilisation d'équipements
supplémentaires tels que des capteurs de mouvement ou des automates d'éclairage de cage d'escaliers, etc. réduit la
durabilité des lampes fluorescentes et accélère l'usure des composants des luminaires. Le produit possède la
protection thermique. Maintenance doit être effectuée avec l'alimentation débranchée. Nettoyer uniquement avec les
tissus secs et delicats. On ne peut pas utiliser les produits nettoyants chimiques. Ne pas couvrir le produit. Produit peut
se réchauffer jusqu'à la temperature élevée. Il est recommandé de contrôler si tous les raccordements et les éléments
du système d'éclairage sont corrects. Produit à alimenter à l'aide de la tension nominale ou dans les limites des
tensions indiquées. Produit ne peut pas être utilisé dans l'endroit aux conditions défavorables par exemple:
poussière, eau, humidité, vibrations, atmosphère explisive, vapeurs ou fumées chimiques etc. Utiliser dans le produit
les sources de lumière aux caractéristiques indiquées dans le mode d'emploi. Faire une attention particulière si
chaque fois que l'alimentation du tube fluorescent/tubes fluorescents est mise en marche celui-ci s'allume/ceux-ci
s'allument «à pleine lumière» et s'ils s'éclairent sur toute la longueur du tube. Présence de l'effet de type «éclairage
incomplet», clignotement du tube fluorescent, éclairage seulement des extrémités extrêmes etc. peuvent être causés
par l'usure anticipée du luminaire. Une lampe endommagée doit être immédiatement échangée pour une neuve ou
bien il faut arrêter de l'exploiter. Produit non démontable. Il est impropre aux réparations indépendantes.

Specialistisch product voor profesionaal gebruik.
MONTAGE
Voor montage lees instructie. Technische veranderingen gereserveerd. Montagebeeld: kijk afbeelding. Montage zou
kwalificeerde persoon uitvoeren. Alle operaties doen bij losgekoppelde stroominstalatie. Men moet bijzondere
vorzichtigheid houden en zich houden aan BHP regeling (gezondheid en werkveiligheidwetten). Voor eerste gebruik
moet men mechanische montage en elektrische aansluiting controleren.
Aansluitingsleidingen moeten zo gelegd worden, dat ze niet in concaakt komen met warm wordenen delen van het
product. Het product kan aangesloten worden tot elektrische leiding die vooldoet aan energie kwaliteits regels
bepaald door de wetgeving. Gebruik goed aangepaste stroomkabels. Einde van kabels moeten geisoleerd worden op
een bepaalde lengte. Product heeft beschermings raakpunt. Geen aansluiting van beschermingskabel dreigt met
verlamming door de stroom. Voor instalatie en wisseling van lamp moet men typ van de lamp kennen, die gebruikt is
in lichtbron. Men moet lampen gebruiken, die overeenstemmen met gebruikte in lichtbron stabilisatie en ontstekingle
systeem. Na montage van de lamp in lichtbron kijk op de lamp goed monteert is en of ze geen zichtbare breuken en
vuilnissen heeft. Het product niet gebruiken in omstandigheden en met parameters die verschillen van die beschreven
in de handleiding. Voor veiligheid van het geinstaleerd apparaat is verantwoordelijk de persoon die het apparaat
instaleerd.
FUNCTIONAAL EIGENSCHAPPEN
Elektronisch voorschakelapparaat A2 klasse
GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING / KONSERWATIE
BL kent een zgn. „koude start" van de lamp(en). Het gebruik van extra apparatuur, zoals: bewegingssensor,
trappenhuis lichtschakelaar timer enz. zal de duurzaamheid van TL-lampen verkorten en de slijtage van de
componenten van de fitting versnellen. Product heeft termische bescherming. Konserwatiewerken alleen bij
losgekoppelde elektriciteit. Schoonmaken alleen met delicate en droge stoffen. Niet gebruiken chenische schoonmak-
middelen. Product nie verdecken. Product kan zich verwarmen tot verhoogde temperatuur. Kontrol van alle
elementen van belichtings systeem is aanbevolen. Product versterken allen met gevone stroom of wie opgegeven.
Product niet gebruiken waar niet goede omstandigheden zijn, bij voorbeeld: stof, water, vocht, explosiegevaar,
dampen, chemische dampen, ezv. In het product moeten lichtbronen gebruikt werden met opgegevene in
bedlieningsboekje paramerten. Men moet achten op bij iederen aanzetting de lampen met "volle licht" branden en
of ze on de hele lengte branden. Zulke efecten wie "niet volle branden", lampflonkeren, branden alleen van haar
einden kunnen het oorzak van vroegere verbruik zijn. Beschadigde lamp zo snell mogelijk uitwisselen of stoppen met
gebruik. Product niet voor uitelkaar nemen. Niet voor zelfreparaties.
VERKLARING VAN GEBRUIKTE SYMBOLEN EN AFKORTINGEN

MILIEUBESCHERMING
Houd schoonheid en beschermd het milieu. Aanbevolene verpakkings afvalscheiding. Dat symbool betekend selektive
versameling van gebruikte elektrische en elektronische goederen. Producten met zulke symbool onder dwang van
boete kan je niet tot gewone afvaal goien. Zulke producten kunne schadelijk zijn voor het milieu en gezondheid van
mensen. Ze hebben aparte form van verwerken / herstel / recykling / inactivatie nodig. Producten met zulke etiketten
moeten gebracht worden naar kolectieve verzammelingsplaats van verbruikte elektrische en elektronische producten.
Verbruikte producten kunnen ook teruggegeven worden aan verkoper in geval van kopen van nieuwe producten, in
niet grotere goeveelheid als nieuwgekochte product. Bovengenoemde regels gelden op gebied van EU. In anderen
landen moeten rechtelijke voorschriften gelett worden, die in dit land gelden. Neem kontakt met distributie van onze
product op dat gebied.

Prima dell'installazione e della sostituzione della lampada, verificare il tipo di lampade utilizzate nel dispositivo di
illuminazione. E' necessario utilizzare lampade i cui parametri siano conformi al sistema di stabilizzazione - accensione
utilizzato nel dispositivo. Dopo aver montato la lampada nel dispositivo, assicurarsi che la lampada sia ben fissata e
che non abbia lesioni o macchie visibili. Non usare il prodotto nelle condizioni e dei parametri che deviano da quelli
specificati nel manuale. Addetto alla installazione è responsabile per la sicurezza dell'installazione dell'impianto

RACCOMANDAZIONI D'USO E MANUTENZIONE
BL consente di realizzare la cosiddetta "partenza a freddo" della lampadina/e fluorescente/i. L'utilizzo degli altri
dispositivi tipo: sensori di movimento, sistema automatico di scale, ecc., riduce la durabilità della lampada fluorescen-
te ed accelera l'usura dei componenti del portalampada. Il prodotto è dotato di protezione termica.
Eseguire la manutenzione solo con l'alimentazione disinserita. Pulire esclusivamente con un panno delicato e asciutto.
Non utilizzare detergenti chimici. Non coprire il prodotto. Il prodotto può riscaldarsi fino a temperature elevate. Si
raccomanda il controllo della correttezza di tutte le connessioni e dei componenti del sistema di illuminazione.
Prodotto da alimentare unicamente con la tensione nominale o il campo di tensione prescritti. Non utilizzare il
prodotto in luoghi con avverse condizioni ambientali, quali sporco, polvere, acqua, umidità, vibrazioni, gas esplosivi,
nebbie o esalazioni chimiche, ecc. Utilizzare nel prodotto solo fonti di luce aventi i parametri specificati nelle istruzioni.
Prestare particolare attenzione se ad ogni accensione la/le lampada/e a fluorescenza si attivano a "piena luce" e se si
accendono per tutta la lunghezza del tubo di vetro.
Il verificarsi di effetti di "illuminazione incompleta", luce tremolante, incandescenza solo alle estremità ecc., può essere
causa di usura prematura del dispositivo d'illuminazione. Una lampada danneggiata deve essere immediatamente
sostituita con una nuova, o bisogna interrompere l'uso del dispositivo. Prodotto non smontabile. Rivolgersi
esclusivamente a tecnici qualificati.

MONTAŻ
Przed przystąpieniem do montażu zapoznaj się z instrukcją. Zmiany techniczne zastrzeżone. Schemat montażu: patrz
ilustracje. Montaż powinna wykonać osoba posiadająca odpowiednie uprawnienia. Wszelkie czynności wykonywać
przy odłączonym zasilaniu. Należy zachować szczególną ostrożność oraz stosować zasady BHP (Bezpieczeństwo i Higieny
Pracy). Przed pierwszym użyciem należy upewnić się, co do prawidłowego mocowania mechanicznego i podłączenia
elektrycznego. Przewody przyłączeniowe należy poprowadzić w taki sposób, aby uniemożliwić ich zetknięcie z
nagrzewającymi się częściami wyrobu. Wyrób może być przyłączony do sieci zasilającej, która spełnia standardy
jakościowe energii określone prawem. Stosować odpowiednio dobrane średnice przewodów zasilających. Końce
przewodów należy odizolować na odpowiedniej długości. Wyrób posiada styk/zacisk ochronny. Brak podłączenia
przewodu ochronnego grozi porażeniem prądem elektrycznym. Przed instalacją i wymianą lampy należy sprawdzić typ
lampy stosowany w oprawie oświetleniowej. Należy stosować lampy o parametrach zgodnych z zastosowanym w
oprawie układem stabilizacyjno-zapłonowym. Po zamontowaniu lampy w oprawie upewnij się, czy lampa jest
prawidłowo zamocowana i nie posiada widocznych pęknięć oraz zabrudzeń. Nie używać wyrobu w warunkach i o
parametrach odbiegających od tych podanych w instrukcji. Osoba, która instaluje urządzenie jest odpowiedzialna za
bezpieczeństwo instalacji urządzenia.

BL realizuje tzw "zimny start" świetlówki / świetlówek. Stosowanie dodatkowych urządzeń typu: czujnik ruchu, automat
schodowy itp. powoduje skrócenie trwałości świetlówek oraz szybsze zużycie komponentów oprawy.
Wyrób posiada zabezpieczenie termiczne. Konserwacje wykonywać przy odłączonym zasilaniu. Czyścić wyłącznie
delikatnymi i suchymi tkaninami. Nie używać chemicznych środków czyszczących. Nie zakrywać wyrobu. Wyrób może
nagrzewać się do podwyższonej temperatury. Zaleca się kontrolę poprawności wszystkich połączeń i elementów
systemu oświetleniowego. Wyrób zasilać wyłącznie napięciem znamionowym lub zakresem podanych napięć. Wyrobu
nie użytkować w miejscu w którym panują niekorzystne warunki otoczenia np, pył, woda, wilgoć, wibracje, atmosfera
wybuchowa, opary lub wyziewy chemiczne itp. W wyrobie należy stosować źródła światła o parametrach podanych w
instrukcji. Należy zwracać szczególną uwagę, czy każdorazowo po włączeniu zasilania świetlówka/świetlówki zapaliły się
"pełnym światłem" i czy świecą na całej długości rury szklanej. Występowanie efektu typu "niepełne świecenie",
migotanie świetlówki, żarzenie się jedynie skrajnych jej końców itp. może być przyczyna przedwczesnego zużycia oprawy
oświetleniowej. Uszkodzoną lampę należy bezzwłocznie wymienić na nową lub zaprzestać eksploatacji. Wyrób
nierozbieralny. Nie nadaje się do samodzielnych napraw.
