⑤ Input 「右腕教示」[Right Arm Teaching] in 「名前」[Name] section at left below of 「指定動作の設定」[Setting of Assignment Action] Window. ⑥ Click [OK]. Any name is okay, but it is better to name for easy to recognize which CH is assigned for [TCH](menas which part is on process of [Teaching]). It is possible to make some Motions such as [Left Arm] or {Both Legs] to combin CHs which are connected with Servo motor. ① In Pull Down Menu of LINK of [POS1], there is 「右腕教示」 [Right Arm Teaching], so choose this. ② Click [Camera Button]. When click [Camera Button], CH of TCH setting in LINK menu will be Free condition like loosing strength. In this process, assigen only Right Arm, but if process of Teaching is on Leg(s), at moment of clicking [Camera Button] MANOI may fall over. Attaching Option Parts Control by Radio Controlled System 工程 By using KONDO KAGAKU's [KRC‑1 Radio Control Set], Registered Motions in Control Board can be played by Radio Control(Wirless Control). In this Operation, instruct the way to aseembling Radio Control Unit. In this Operation, KONDO KAGAKU's [KRC‑1 Radio Control Set](not included in this product), RC Pipe Anntena(not included in this product), Servo Lead 240mm[No.HRL111BK](not included in this product), Anntena Holder which is provided from Kyosho(only in Japan market) are required. ① Apply [120]insulating tape which is cut about 3.5cm over screw hole. Household Vinyl tape is acceptable instead Control Board of Insulating Tape. OP1-5 Setting of Control Button and Assignment of Button Turn Power Switch of MANOI ON If Start Up Motion registered,when turn switch ON MANOI moves to Home Position(see Operation S3‑2). So, let MANOI stand at Home Position to decrease load to MANOI. [1] will be displayed at 「コントロール入力」 [Control Input] in [DataDlg]. This number is number assigned to each button of KRC‑1, and Control Board understand which button of KRC‑1 is pressed. [65535] which is in [Control] section of sample motion originally is dummy data. Click [OK]. If [1] is displayed in [Control] section of 「歩行」[Walk] motion in [DataTable] window, process is completed. The system of Radio Control by KRC‑1 is that Control Board recognizes number which is sent from KRC‑1 by wireless and play motion which has same reghistered number in Control Board. Therefore, even if motion is registered in Control Board, without matching number which is sent by Button operation by KRC‑1, it is impossible to control by KRC‑1(process of matching numbers of Controll Board and KRC‑1 button is called Assigment of button). Work on Assigment of button to play motion by Radio Control as repeat process of 5〜8. Basically, every button can be assigned motions, but one button can not has 2 motions. Case Falls over in short time after start moving ・Battery is running out? N ormal Operating time of MANOI PF01 is 30〜40mins(depends on type of playing Motion, or condition such as temprature). When Battery is running out, current is not enough during playing Motion, and falls over. If MOANI can not get up from lying, change to full‑charged battries, or re‑charge batteries.(See: Operation 1‑1) ・Operating on soft flore such as thick carpet? ・Operating on inequality or obliquity place? →MANOI PF01 can walk on a quantity of soft,inequality or obliquity place with suport of Gyro‑Sensor, but not so good on such places. It is possible that MANOI can not play Motions rightly and cause falling over, so better not to operate on those places. ・Home Positon is set correctly? →Smaple Motion in attached CD‑ROM is desigend base on that Home Positon is based on [Official Basic Setting]. If MANOI falls over in short time when Smaple Motions are played, check Home Position setting again.(See: Operation S3‑1) →Even setting of Home Positon is done, situation does not change, there may be some problem on method of Assembling. Disassemble parts of pertinent part and set nutral point of Servo Motor(See: Operation 2‑4), then re‑assemble pertinent part. ・Attaching/Setting of Gyro‑Sensor was done correctly? →Check if Gyro‑Sensor is placed right place. Double‑Facsed tape could be removed. (See:Operation S4‑1 & 2) →Check if Gyro‑Sensor is attached instructed direction.(See:Operation S4‑1 & 2) →Check if setting number of Gyro‑Sensor is correct.(See:Operation S4‑3) ・Reverse Setting of Servo Motor is correct? →[Official Basic Setting] of MANOI PF01 is require to ON on Reverse Setting on some of Servo Motors. Check if Reverse Setting is doen on right Servo Motor. (See: Operation S2‑2) Case Does not move as operation ・Servo Leads are inserted into all Servo Motor rightly? →Insert Servo Lead connector all the way seated in Servo Motor. If not, signal to Servo Motor can not be transmitted to Servo Motor and movemenmt could be unstable. Case Movement stops suddenly during playing/operation ・Battery is running out? Normal Operating time of MANOI PF01 is 30〜40 mins(depends on type of playing Motion, or condition such as temprature). When Battery is running out, Controll Board can not get enough current, and it could produce improper operating signals. Change to full‑charged battries, or re‑charge batteries.(See: Operation 1‑1) Even using full‑charged battries, situation does not change, it could be protecting circuit working by some reasons. Turn Power Switch OFF and remove all batteries, then disassemble mainly joint part where there is a large concentration of Servo Leads such as Shoulders or Hip to check if coating of Servo Lead is broken or Servo Lead is bent with sharp angle. If any problem is found with Servo Lead, remove it and replace new Servo Lead. If there is no case as avove and has same problem, contact the store where you purchased MANOI. ...
