WARRANTY INFORMATION
Under 90 Days
All styling tools are covered by a 90 day replacement
guarantee. If your tool is deemed faulty within 90
days of delivery, you will be issued a replacement at
no cost.
This replacement guarantee does not cover:
1. Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect
incorrect voltage supply, liquid damage, dropping, or
failure to follow instructions enclosed in product
packaging;
2. Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.
3. Tools shipped outside of North America ordered
from www.bombayhair.com and www.bombayhair.ca
Over 90 Days
All styling tools over the 90 day period, are then
covered by a limited replacement product warranty if
it is defective in workmanship or materials. Tools
aged 91+days will be subject to a $45.00
replacement fee.
The Tamanna Styling Set is covered by an additional
warranty which waives the replacement fee for these
tools if it is defective in workmanship or materials
within a one (1) year period.
