My 5-in-1 or 3-in-1 is showing ERR when the barrel is
inserted
Your barrel is incorrectly inserted. Move the
LOCK/UNLOCK indicator to UNLOCK and
release the barrel. Then move the
LOCK/UNLOCK indicator back and forth 5-10
times without a barrel inserted. Then reinsert
your barrel, ensuring it is fully pushed in. Move
the indicator to LOCK. You should see no
space between the barrel and handle of the
tool. If you still see ERR on your screen, try to
repeat these steps with a di erent barrel.

My tool is plugged in but there is no display message
or lights
Please ensure that the outlet you are using is
active and being supplied electricity. You can
do this by plugging in another known working
item.

still not able to turn the tool on, please visit us
