Step 1. Assemble Seat

Stand sides (B) on edge about 20 inches apart - large peg holes towards the front.
Attach seat slat (A) across bevel edge of sides using 1 ½" screws.
Use narrow edge of ½" spacer to evenly set out and attach remaining seat slats.

Step 2. Assemble Back

Set back slats (C) finished face down – use narrow edge of ½" spacer
to attain uniform spaces between each slat.
Place bottom cleat (D) across back slats - make flush with bottom of
slats – allow ends to overhang evenly and attach using 1 ½" screws.
Set middle cleat (E) 12 inches up from bottom of slats – allow ends to
overhang evenly and attach using 1 ½" screws.
Measure approx. 21 inches from bottom of slats, center the top cleat
(F) across the 5 back slats and attach using 1 ½" screws.
Fasten Pivot Arm (G) to each end of bottom cleat as follows.
-Place washer on a lag bolt.
-Insert lag bolt through hole in pivot arm (G).
-Place another washer on the lag bolt and attach to the end of the bottom cleat (D)
(when finished a washer should be located between the pivot arm and bottom cleat)
