Power Cable/Fuse Replacement Chassis Fuse Location Chassis Fuse Location The power supply inlet switch is the main disconnect device and is located on the rear of each SmartBits chassis. It houses the power switch, fuse holder, and a universal 3-wire instrument power cord jack.

Power Cable/Fuse Replacement Installing a Chassis Fuse Installing a Chassis Fuse The installation of a SmartBits chassis fuse varies based on the chassis model. Refer to the appropriate procedure below to install the fuse for your SmartBits chassis model. SMB-10, SMB-200, SMB-2000, and SMB-600 Power Supply Inlet Switch To remove or change a fuse: If your chassis is operating, power down the chassis and disconnect the power supply cable from its power source.

Power Cable/Fuse Replacement Installing a Chassis Fuse Remove the fuse and replace it with the international fuse provided in the Power Cable/Fuse Kit. Replace the fuse holder assembly by sliding it back into the power supply inlet switch until it snaps into its proper position. Connect the new international power supply cable provided in the Power Cable/Fuse Kit.
