5.1. M6 x 20mm hex. hd. screw
5.2. M5 x 10mm pan hd. screw
5.3. M6 shakeproof washer
5.4. M6 plain washer
5.5. M5 washer
5.6. M5 shakeproof washer
5.7. M12 locknut
5.8. Fir Tree Button 4.0
1. Screw M12 locking nut (item 5.7) onto adjustable foot (item 3), 4 off, then screw foot fully
into base of end assembly frames. Do not tighten locking nuts.
2. Lay both end frames on their backs secure back panel (item2), 2 off, to end assembly frames
using M5 x 10 screws (item 5.2), 8 off, shakeproof washers (item 5.6), 8 off, and plain
washers (item 5.5), 8 off.
3. Position shelves (item 2). Attach to end assembly frames using M5 x 10 screws (item 5.2), 16
off, shakeproof washers (item 5.6), 16 off, and plain washers (item 5.5), 16 off.
4. Position stand upon feet and adjust feet until unit is level. Tighten locking nuts.
5. Position top plate upon frame and secure using M5 x 10 screws (item 5.2), 6 off, shakeproof
washers (item 5.6), 6 off, and plain washers (item 5.5), 6 off.
6. Carefully place grill upon stand and position grill to match the fixing holes. Secure unit to
stand with M6 x 20 screws (item 5.1), shakeproof washer (item 5.3), 4 off, and washers (item
5.4), 4 off. Insert fixings with washers through holes into underside of grill unit.
7. Fit Fir Tree button (item 5.8), 30 off, to unused holes.
