TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Motor trips
out repeatedly.
Mixer is
plugged in
but does not
start (motor is
not humming).
Motor is
humming.
In the event of the motor overheating, and your motor shuts down, turn the power switch to the
"O" position and unplug the unit for 15 minutes. Empty the mixer. After the cooling period,
plug in the unit, then turn the switch to the on position. Let mixer start running. Once running
properly, refill mixer.
WARRANTY
One year limited warranty:
The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year
from date of purchase. If within this period a product is found to be defective in material or
workmanship, the product must be returned with a copy of the bill of sale as proof of purchase to the
place of purchase. The manufacturer will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price to
the consumer. This warranty does not cover the product becoming defective due to misuse, accidental
damage, improper handling and/or installation and specifically excludes liability for direct, incidental or
consequential damages. As some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, the above exclusion and limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

PROBABLE CAUSE
1. Motor overloaded.
2. Extension cord too long.
3. Extension cord too light
a gauge.
1. Disconnected plug.
2. Corroded plug.
3. Defective motor.
4. Loose connection in motor.
1. Starting under too much load.
2. Motor too cold.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Empty mixer.
2. Refer to power cord safety (page 6).
3. Refer to power cord safety (page 6).
1. Connect plug to outlet.
2. Clean prongs.
3. Contact customer service.
4. Unplug motor, open motor cover,
and check connections.
1. Empty load, start mixer empty,
refill mixer.
2. Motor will not start properly below
32°F.
