T he device could co nnect to PC via USB wire fo r data copy and delete.
1 . Connected the device to PC port via USB wire, then there will be showed "USB conn ected" on PC screen
2 .Tap"USB connected" option, select "open USB storage s etting", then you can see movable hardware icon which c an be
o perated like using USB.

Common Issues

1 .Out of run
Check the batteries whether it out of charge.
Checking after get connected to the pow er adapter.
If it still can not turn on after charging, please co ntact the customer service center.
2 .No voice in the earphone
M ake sure the volume is not t urned down all the way
Unplug the headset, then plug it in agai n.Make sure you pu sh conne ctor all the way in.
3 .Charging issues
Please make sure the setting o f the charger is according wi th the dev ice.
Please don `t use the front USB ports for charging
4 . Download issues
M ake sure it connec t with PC properly.

5. Why so me of downloaded videos can not play normally ?
The device is compatible wit h most of video file format, but there s till have some differences in format, encoded mode,
Resolution and cod e rate etc. it could resulte in s ome of the videos c an not play or have play issues. our su ggestion is that
use the three party adapter so ftwares fo r transforming in t he PC the n copy to the device.
6. Device crashed or can't tur n on
Once device crashed during t he running time, It can be restarted via tap the RESET button at the side of device.
