Kauber RC-02 Installation Manual

RC-02 module was special desined for every kind of screen to make it wireless.
Works with iRemote and Classic Remote. You just plug one wire to the 230V socket and second to
the screen and it is ready.

Description:

The control is done via remote control or buttons on the module. When you bring up the voltage
plug 230V AC power to the module, LED is indicating that the module is in standby mode and
ready for operation.
The remote controller and the module are equipped with three buttons:
- UP (rolling up screen/lift)
- STOP
- DOWN (rolling down screen/lift)
After pressing the UP or DOWN button on the remote control/control module - the LED starts
blinking and on the cable supplying screen/lift appears 230V AC voltage (causing rolling up/rolling
down of the screen/lift).
After pressing the STOP button the LED lights permanently and on the power cord of
screen/lift disappears 230V AC voltage (causing stopping the screen).

Installation:

The installation of Radio Control RC-02 module starts with connecting the cable which is
responsible for steering the engine of screen/lift.
According to the colours of wires connect cables to the engine in the following order:
- BLACK cable (PHASE L1) – rolling down screen/lift
- BROWN cable (PHASE L2) – rolling up screen/lift
- BLUE cable (N) – zero cable (neutral)
- GREEN/YELLOW cable (PE) - ground
Then connect the module to 230V AC power accoring to the following cable order:
BROWN cable – phase cable L

BLUE cable – zero/neutral cable N
–
GREEN/YELLOW cable – ground cable PE

WARNING!
Before starting the device please make sure that all cables were connected according to the
installation manual.
The connecting of the module should be done by a person with appropriate electrical powers.
