BFP-ICARUS QUICK START GUIDE – FILAMENT INNOVATIONS

Zip Ties:

 There are zip ties to cut and remove. You will see zip ties in the front
of the machine behind the blue service panel, and on the front left
of the ballscrew assembly near the hotend. Please cut and remove
these. These must be cut and removed before powering on!

Print Bed:

 Green painters tape is applied under the print bed to the blue
aluminum plate during shipping. This is to secure the glass plate to
the aluminum bed. Please remove this after you have raised the Z
axis (print bed) so this task is easier.
