13 Troubleshooting

If the device does not operate as intended, check the following possible causes.
13.1

No reaction when the controller is turned on

1. Check all connections again.
- The connection between the power supply and the controller.
- The connection between the controller and the antenna.
2. Check if the power cord has been damaged.
3. Check the polarity of the mains connection.
13.2

Alignment error (satellite search)

1. Obstacles such as buildings or trees can block the satellite signals or affect the quality of signal reception. Make sure that the
area to the south is clear of obstacles.
2. Select another satellite, and if that works, choose your desired satellite.
3. Move the system to Home position, turn the controller off and then on again and choose the desired satellite.
13.3

Other possible causes

1. If the cables in the system are not connected properly, the system will not work perfectly. In the event of cable damage,
please contact your local dealer.
