HANDLE THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACCIDENT PREVENTION REGULATIONS
During storage, protect the product from moisture, dust, heat sources, mechanical damage and external contamination in order to
avoid altering the quality of the water subsequently brought into contact with the pump.
CLASSIFICATION AND TYPE.
According to EN-60730-1 the VSD is an electronic device that can be installed independent of type 1B with class A software. Control
circuit for alternating current motor, power factor cos φ≥ 0.6. Contamination degree 2. Rated voltage: 2500V/CATII. Disconnect code 1Y
(electronic disconnection).
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Inlet connection G 1 1/4"male s/ ISO 228.

Outlet connection G 1 1/4"male s/ ISO 228.

Static frequency variator for pump management.

Control system and protection against overload.

Protection system against operation of dry pumps due to insufficient water.

ART Function (Automatic Reset Test). When the device is stopped as a result of the insufficient water protection system, the
ART tries to restore the water supply at scheduled intervals.

System of automatic reset after power outage. The system is activated keeping the configuration parameters (see paragraph
"CONFIGURATION").

Internal pressure transducer.
•
Control panel (chapter OPERATION): 2-digits display, LED indicator, buttons and digital pressure gauge.
•
Operational control log. On-screen information: hours of work, start counter, mains connection counter.
•
Alarm log. Information on the screen of the number and type of alarm generated on the device since its commissioning.

The device must operate with a clear water stream. If there is a possibility of presence of gravel or suspended particles (facilities with
submersible pumps) use an adequate filter to avoid blocking the flow sensor. The device can only be used to move the clear water and
cannot be used with other liquids.
It is advisable to use a suitable expansion vessel for each installation in order to avoid unnecessary start-ups due to dripping taps,
valves, etc. and also to avoid possible water hammer normally produced by the rapid closing of solenoid valves or valves with a
considerable flow of water.
