I have the stilton Emma vacuum tea kettle but alas, no instructions. I can't get it to pour tea unless I remove the whole lid with filter. What am I doing wrong? Please advise.

To properly use the Stelton Emma vacuum tea kettle to pour tea without removing the lid:

1. Ensure the filter is in the open position by turning the inner part of the top.
2. Pour water into the kettle through the filter with the lid in place.
3. When pouring tea, do not remove the lid; the design allows pouring with the lid on.

This setup lets you brew and pour tea without taking off the lid.
