Safety notices and markings
Safety notices and other important notices and their significance are indicated by the
following safety warning notices and signal words:
DANGER!
Danger refers to an acutely hazardous situation that will result in severe and even
fatal injuries if the instruction is ignored.
WARNING!
Warning refers to a potentially hazardous situation that could result in severe and
even fatal injuries if the instruction is ignored.
CAUTION!
Caution refers to a situation that could result in minor to moderate injuries if the
instruction is ignored.
NOTE
Note refers to information that does not relate to the possible endangering of
persons.
This message appears when particular information, instructions or notices are
required with regard to procedures, equipment, tools, pressures, capacity loads
and other special data.
