Treadwall Kore Pro Owner’s Manual—2017 INTRODUCTION Vertical movement is a new category of training that works the whole body and mind together. The Treadwall will deliver a remarkable aerobic burn that anyone can “enjoy.” While simultaneously challenging the upper-body, core and grip strength, exhausting even the fittest athletes. When introducing the wall, we suggest the staff understands its potential, benefits and how to use it as a fitness tool.

Note to Kore Home Manual: These instructions include all the options that may not apply to your Kore Home unit. If you did not order an option, please ignore the instructions and go to the next. Note that if you did not order the angle changing kit, there are two lower uprights that take the place of the jacks and have several optional angle choices to use.
INTRODUCTION There are 3 primary controls to know about on the Treadwall Kore Pro. You can adjust the speed of the climb with the lever located on the right side of the machine, you can adjust the angle of the wall with the handles placed on the right and the le side of the machine, and you can view and track the stats on your exercise with the digital counter on the right side of the machine.
Treadwall Kore Pro Owner’s Manual—2017 Opera ng Instruc ons Speed Control To control the speed of your climb you simply move the lever up and down. At the “0” se ng the Treadwall will be completely stopped for most people or it may just barely creep downwards for heavier individuals.

Placing the climbing holds onto your Treadwall is called route se ng, and the individual climbs you set up are called routes. We have route guides on our website at brewerfitness.com/routese ng that you can download, create, or share with other users.
THEORY OF OPERATION The Treadwall Kore Pro is completely powered by the climber. The wall does not rotate by itself, but only when a person begins to climb on the machine. You can vary the speed of climbing with the lever located on the right side of the machine.

Treadwall Kore Pro Owner’s Manual—2017 Service Instruc ons Frame Alignment Adjust the length of the x-bracing to be equal. This measurement will be 112 15/16” from one corner of the top horizontal to the opposite corner of the bo om horizontal. This measurement will perfectly square the machine on a level floor.

For Assembly: Be careful when moving and installing larger Treadwall components, as they might require effort to li and a ach. Some steps require two individuals. Have a second person assist you during assembly and make sure to have two ladders on hand.

A loca on that is too visible - for example in the direct focus of members using CV equipment or walking in the entrance - may discourage people from climbing.

The bolt, washer, washer, lock washer, then nut sequence shown in the blow up of the Kore horizontal will be used for all bolts on your Treadwall. CHANGING THE ANGLE AJUSTMENT RANGE - KORE TREADWALL The angle adjusters for the Kore Treadwall have three adjustment ranges - low, middle and high. Using a simple 2x4 prop, you can easily adjust to SUPPORT ARM the desired range. 1) The prop is 83" long. Use a good straight 2x4 as clear of knots as possible.
