1. Introduction

Microdermabrasion skin science is evolving – and so is the technology associated with it.
Pristine is a breakthrough, state-of-the-art Microdermabrasion system. An innovative device
combining the polishing action of laser-cut diamond crystals with the cleaning action of a
vacuum; Pristine™ turns standard Microdermabrasion into an effective, controlled procedure
conducted on the upper dermis. Even after one treatment, patients experience a significant
change in their skin's texture.

2. Safety Warnings

This section contains the safety instructions that must be observed in order to avoid potential hazards that
could result in personal injuries or could damage your equipment.
All personnel operating or maintaining this system must carefully read and be fully familiar with the
safety information provided in this section before attempting to service the system. Use of controls,
adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified herein may result in personal harm
or damage the system.

2.2. Location of the System
The Pristine™ can be placed in any cosmetic or medical working clinic room specifically
designed to accommodate a device, with humidity, pressure and temperature within the range
specified in this Manual (See Section 4 – Technical Specifications).

2.3. System Labels

The following chart describes the Pristine™ labels, their meaning and their placement. The
affixed labels must be immediately replaced when they are no longer intact or legible.
