- Page 5 Getting Started Please make sure you are installing the correct APP before backing up ！ Qubii A 1. Please insert the microSD memory card into Qubii A. The capacity of the microSD card should be greater than the capacity of the photos & videos of your current smartphone. Refer to the Se6ngs sec/on of your Android phone to see how much current space of your photos and videos.. * If your microSD card is 32GB or 64GB, our Qubii App will help you to convert your microSD card to exFAT format in order to store individual files much larger than 4GB. * The microSD card is not included in the standard package. 2. Connect Qubii A’s USB port into your cell phone’s USB power adapter. 3. Connect your cable to both Qubii A’s USB slot and the cell phone. * Please note that Qubii A only works when it is connected to power. It is always best to work with the cable & power adapter from the brand of your cell phone. 4. When you have connected Qubii A to your phone, you will be prompted to install the Qubii A App. If not, scan the QR code and download the Qubii A App from Google Play Store. 5. Launch the Qubii A App and follow the SETTINGS instruc/ons. Congratula/ons, you are now ready to backup your phone.

Click on “Contact Backup” and click VCF file to restore Contacts to iPhone. 2. Restore all contacts to new devices. 3. Click name to restore by clicking “import”.

- Page 19 SeIngs | Trusted Devices If you have more than one Qubii A, you can check how many Qubiis have been trusted by this cell phone. The App will not backup data to untrusted devices.
- Page 20 More Settings It will clean up the cache files in the Qubii A App. This step may slow the speed of browsing photos in the Qubii A. The Qubii App supports exFat format only. If your microSD card is 32GB or 64GB, our app will help you to convert your microSD card to exFAT format in order to store individual files much larger than 4GB. AfenEon!! - Page 21 2. Every time when I charge my phone, it always asks me this… which one should I choose? If this message pops up, please click “cancel”. A few brands of Android phone will ask user to select one connec/on way. So far, the brand we know include OPPO, HUAWEI, RED MI will pop up this message. This is the message for the cell phone system and Qubii A hardware, it won’t impact the Qubii A app running in the background. 3. Qubii A APP pops up every time when I charge my phone. Do I do something wrong? Can I using other App while backup? Due to the limita/on of the Android system, Qubii A app will pop-up every /me when you charge your cell phone. It’s fine to using other apps while backing up. Qubii A App will run in the background.
- Page 22 4. Why won’t my Qubii A pop up the backup notification? Please check your cell phone ’s Android system is version 6.0 or above. If it’s lower than 6.0, the system won’t show the no/fica/on, even when you turn on the feature of the no/fica/on in the Qubii A Se6ngs. 5. How do I download the Qubii A App? Please scan the QR code of the package or search for “Qubii A” in the Google Play store. 6. Can I unplug Qubii A in the middle of the backup? If you need to stop the backup, please click on “Cancel”. Do not unplug the cable in order to avoid the file ge6ng damaged.
