    before first use Make sure your rice, risotto and pasta cooker is switched off and unplugged from the mains supply socket before cleaning. Never immerse the base of the cooker body, cord or plug in water or any other liquid. Before using your rice, risotto and pasta cooker for the first time, wash the steaming tray, removable bowl and glass lid in warm, soapy water.

  • Page 9 Cooking notes There may be occasions when your rice, risotto and pasta cooker switches to the warm setting or switches off before cooking is complete. If this occurs, simply use the mode selector button to select the RISOTTO setting once again and continue cooking. If your rice, risotto and pasta cooker has switched to the WARM setting and the rice is still a little firm and under cooked and if there is still some unabsorbed liquid in the cooking bowl, cover with the lid and leave on the warm setting for 5 to 10 minutes to finish...

    connection to the mains supply This appliance must be earthed. This appliance is fitted with either a moulded or rewirable BS1363, 13 amp plug. The fuse should be rated at 5 amps and be ASTA approved to BS1362. If the fuse in a moulded plug needs to be changed, the fuse cover must be refitted. The appliance must not be used without the fuse cover fitted.
