to adjust the size of the grind, turn the dial on
the bottom side of the mill as shown in the
figure above
Tip : follow the indications visible on the
bottom to obtain the desired grinding; big
circles, big grind, small circles small grind
Salt and / or pepper dispensing buttons
press the button corresponding to the
desired product
Tip: insert the pepper on the side indicated
with "P" and the salt on the side indicated
with "S"
