10.2 Problem Symptoms and Measures

Details of Measure
Check to make sure that the remoter is ok,the
remote control display is not weak
Check to make sure that the rated voltage is
supplied.
Check to make sure that the indoor PCB is not
broken
Check to make sure that the temperature
setting is not consistent with the ambient
temperature
A power failure of 2 to 10 cycles can stop air
conditioner operation.
Set the units to cooling operation, and
compare the temperatures of the liquid side
connection pipes of the connection section
among rooms to check the opening and closing
operation of the electronic expansion valves of
the individual units.
Check for insufficient gas or somewhere
leakage
Check to make sure that the required spaces for
installation (specified in the Technical Guide,
etc.) are provided.
Check whether the indoor unit is out-of-level
Check the direction of the air deflector;
Set High fan speed and set the temp higher.
Clean the air filter
Check the drain pipe is not blocked, broken,
bended, or the outside-end higher than inside
end ?
Check whether the system pressure is too low
