This part covers what information in these systems is required to successfully register the MWP1100N wireless handset using the SIP extensions already configured for the appropriate Samsung system.

  • Page 7 Part 3: Configure Handset Authentication Information MWP1100N You must access the WEB GUI of the handset to configure the handset. But first you will need the IP address of the handset. Step 1 Get IP Address of the handset. On the handset press MENU then dial 8 for “System info”, then dial; 3 for Network info.
  • Page 8 Step 4b SCM: Enter the User ID, Authentication Name, Password and Domain Name Select the Call Setup tab then enter the User ID, Authentication Password, Authentication Name and Domain Name of the SIP extension as set up in the SCM system. In this example the SCM extension number was used as both the User ID and the Authentication Name.
