  • Page 7 Location of Appliance Tags Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient, and economical cooking technology. It works by electromagnetic field generating instant heat directly in the cookware bottom, rather than indirectly through heating the glass surface. The glass becomes hot only because the cookware warms it up.

    Room Ventilation The use of this appliance generates heat and humidity in the room where it is installed. Proper ventilation in the room is needed. Make sure the kitchen is equipped with a range hood of appropriate power (400 CFM minimum). Activate the exhaust fan/range hood when possible.
