Use the numeric keys (0-9) to enter your
six-digit code.
The password supplied by default is 000000.
If you forget the six-digit code, ress"136900".
to set possword.
Go to "Password" and enter your new code.
Then, enter the same code again to confirm.

Press SYSTEM MENU again to remove the
menu.

Restricting playback by setting
parental level
Some DVDs may have a parental level assigned
to the complete disc or to certain scenes on the
disc. This feature lets you set a playback limitation
level. The rating levels are from 1 to 8 and are
country specific. You can prohibit the playing of
certain discs that are not suitable for your
children or have certain discs played with
alternative scenes.

In disc stop mode, press SYSTEM MENU.

Use 1 / ¡ / 5 / 4 on the remote
control to navigate in the menu.
➜ Move to"Preference Page" and press 4.
➜ Move to "Parental" and press ¡.

Press 3 / 4 to select a rating level between 1-8
and press OK.
➜ DVDs rated above the level you select will
not play unless you enter your six-digit password
or choose a higher level rating.

Use the numeric keys (0-9) to enter the six-
digit code, and press OK.
