FM Scan up/down (0x23)

Initiates a FM scan up or down. Note: only valid if on FM input
Example
Command/response to starting a FM scan up:

DAB Scan (0x24)

Initiates a DAB scan. Note: only valid if on DAB input

Heartbeat (0x25)

Heartbeat command to check unit is still connected and communication - also
resets the EuP standby timer.
