Aquadistri SuperFish PondECO Plus E Pick-Up & Replace Application

If your PondECO Plus E/RC pump or RC receiver is defective and you want it to be replaced
under the 48 hour Pick-up & Replace service, please fill out this form and send it to Aquadistri.
Please note:
The Pick-Up & Replace Warranty is only applicable in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.
It is important that you did register on time (within one month after you purchased the PondECO Plus E/RC pump).
That the pump is not older than 2 years (warranty period).
The pump will be exchanged within 48 hours following receipt of this form, with the exception of weekends. Complaints will not be processed
and no deliveries will be made during the weekend.
The defective pump or RC receiver must be clean, dry and in a box, ready for exchange!

If you didn't register within the aforementioned 1 month period following date of purchase, then you will not be able to invoke the Pick-up and
Replace Service. For any problems during the warranty period, simply contact your dealer.

Bitte beachten:
Die Abhol- und Ersatz-Garantie gilt nur für die Niederlande, Belgien, Luxemburg, Deutschland, Frankreich und das Vereinigte Königreich.
Wichtig ist, dass Sie sich rechtzeitig registriert haben (Innerhalb von 1 Monat ab Kaufdatum der PondECO Plus E/RC Pumpe).
Die Pumpe darf nicht älter als 2 Jahre sein (Garantiezeit).
Die Pumpe wird innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Eingang dieses Formulars ausgetauscht. Dies gilt nicht für die Wochenenden. Am
Wochenende werden keine Reklamationen bearbeitet oder ausgeliefert.
Die defekte Pumpe oder RC Empfänger muss sauber und trocken in einem Karton zum
Umstausch bereit-stehen!

Wenn Sie sich innerhalb des oben genannten Zeitraums von einem Monat nach dem Kaufdatum nicht registriert haben, können Sie keinen
Anspruch mehr geltend machen auf die Umtauschgarantie. Wenden Sie sich einfach an Ihrem Fachhändler bei eventuelle Garantieansprüche.
