Buttons
Once desired temperature is reached, press Hold to lock the display. An "H" will appear on the LCD. Press
it again to release.
To Calibrate the thermometer, insert the probe tip into a glass containing three parts ice and one part
water. Press and hold the CAL button until the LCD display flashes and then press the HOLD () button to
raise the display temperature or press °F/°C () button to lower the display temperature.

While continuing to press the CAL button, adjust the calibrated temperature to 32° F or 0° C. Once calibrated temperature is reached, continue pressing the CAL button until the LCD stops flashing.
